What are the requirements for renting?
Signing of the contract
Present a copy of identity card or passport in case of person and legal documents in case of companies.
Payment of the first month rent and the security deposit (where applicable).
Bring a padlock of 50 mm or larger (we have padlocks for sale).

Salvador: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Costa Rica: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Panamá: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Colombia: Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
What security measures do we have?
We have permanent security 24/7. We also keep access fully controlled.
How far in advance should I notify that I am going to vacate the unit?
It does not require advance notice, it must only be submitted to the offices on the day of contract expiration in order for your account to be verified and comply with established policies.
